ServiSolutions' Auto Draft Payment service automatically drafts your scheduled mortgage payment from your bank account. There are many benefits to using Auto Draft Payments:

To sign up for Auto Draft Payment:

1. Click on the Account Access button

2. Sign in to access your mortgage account OR register for Servicing Digital if you are a new user

3. From the top menu, select the Payments tab and then Auto Draft Payment in the drop down menu

4. Select an Effective Date. You can choose from the payment due date, the 5th, or the 10th. 

Payments will be deducted monthly unless enrollment is cancelled or the loan is paid in full. Your mortgage draft will occur on the specified date each month or the next business day if the specified day is a non-business day.

If you wish to cancel Auto Draft Payment, you may do so at any time through Customer CareNet. Please be advised that you must cancel at least 6 business days prior to the scheduled draft date to ensure the payment is not drafted from your account.
