Verification of Mortgage & Payoff Quotes

Requesting Verification of Mortgage

ServiSolutions will not perform a verbal verification of mortgages. Requests must be submitted in writing with the follow information:

• The borrower name, loan number and property address

• A signed and dated Letter of Authorization by the borrower dated within the last 120 days

• The good through date of the payoff (this is the date that you expect to have funds in our office)

• Third parties return fax number and the name of the requestor 

ServiSolutions charges a fee of $20 fee per verification of mortgage.

We accept wet ink and or electronic signatures. Due to volume, incomplete request will not be processed.

Our turnaround time is 2 business days from the date of receipt.

Requesting Payoff Quotes 

For Borrowers:

You may request a payoff statement by sending a fax to (334) 271-3104 and or by email to [email protected].

Please include the following:

• Your complete name, loan number and property address

• The good through date of the payoff (this is the date you expect to have the payoff funds in our office)  

Our turnaround time is 2 business days from the date of receipt.

Note: If you are requesting a payoff that includes a partial claim involving NOVAD, the turnaround time is 6 business days per NOVAD. NOVAD requires a signed dated letter of authorization from the borrower. ServiSolutions will request the payoff for the partial claim from NOVAD and include in the total payoff quote.
